1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Sommer EOOD, Sofia 1172, Dianabad residential complex, block 30, entrance B, apartment 24, Bulgaria. You can contact us at office@noita.eu.
2. What do we collect?
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company, country, area of interest and the content of your message. Please do not send health records or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
3. How the contact form works
The current form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not create an account or store the form submission in a website database. Your email service and ours will process the message under their respective terms.
4. Why we use the data
We use correspondence to answer enquiries, discuss professional or distribution opportunities, take steps you request before entering a contract, and keep reasonable records of our communications. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries, and legal obligations where applicable.
5. Who may receive it?
Access is limited to authorised NØITA personnel and service providers needed for email, hosting, security or professional support. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we require an appropriate transfer safeguard where the law requires one.
6. How long do we keep it?
General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence. Information connected with a contract, legal duty or claim may be retained for the applicable longer period.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. We do not use your enquiry for automated decision-making.
8. Contact us
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email office@noita.eu. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
